The wine is lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling to brighten aromatics and give us a polished finish

The gentle extraction of pigéage results in a fresher style of Médoc that allows for early drinking

The nose immediately recalls the grapes from which it is produced with notes of ripe white peach

as well as vanilla

Today this same vineyard is being farmed by Ken’s nephew David Ogilvie and so the tradition carries on to the 4th generation

who represents the 4th generation of the family

It’s slightly angular

but will develop beautifully in the bottle
