These essences were made with plants in full bloom around the courtyard of Ilkley Manor House, capturing the gentle energy of Summer. The essences are : Lady's Mantle for refreshing new energy from within and for joy in new connections. Foxglove

prepared with the soothing flower essences and essential oils of the mister

particularly where there is the emotional tension and desperation that are so often a part of grieving

but rather the feeling that we are content with the extent of our present explorations

For embracing ourselves fully and opening up to all that we are

body or spirit

converting the dead wood of the past into new growth of a different form

Yet it also supports us in our quest for our own personal "holy grail"

not indulgence

and it is wonderful to use after any disagreements
