oak and rum

brewed with milk sugar and double fruited with raspberry and key lime

where we eventually found a blend that cohesively showcases the best of each of our beers

Madagascar vanilla beans

This beer is pure poetry in a bottle

Notes of toasted walnut

donkere karamel

and Saaz hops

while they took one of our recently emptied bourbon barrels (previously home to our Imperial Stout) to continue its journey

Imperial Stout aged for 14 months in Acerum barrels with Maple Syrup & Cacao

Shortly before bottling we dry hopped this mead with a reasonable amount of Nelson Sauvin
