The deck is flat-ish

not the thickness because the concave deck makes the boards sound thin but they have more volume

I developed it around 2000 in response to a request from Soeda Surfboards Japan to make some twin fins for the team riders

The hip in the outline keeps it lively and loose

more "cupped out" types of waves without getting caught up
