Door Check Strap tire carrierDesigned for the Ram Promaster door hinges to prevent the door from fully swinging open and having the tire hit the side of the van when mounts are in place. One door check strap now comes with each spare tire mount order, however due to customer request we now sell these for extra straps for the other door (for example, when bike mounts are on the other door). They only come in one length, are not infinitely strong, and only allow the door to open
