Casal da Coelheira Bubbles Pet Nat MadeiraBubbles is the first sparkling wine launched by Casal da Coelheira. Fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. The sweet fruit is balanced by bracing acidity. A lot of fun! It started as a small adventure in 2023 that turned out well and forced us to take it more seriously in 2024 with its official inclusion in our wine range. It was produced using an ancestral method, which consists of bottling it before the alcoholic fermentation is complete.
